RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

AGS Labs Inc./Ales Grey accepts returns and exchanges for up to fourteen (14) days after date of receipt of shipment. All items must be returned with tags attached in unworn and new condition, with no marks, stains, scuffs, tears, or visible signs of use or wear, or no refund will be given. Returns and exchanges receive free return shipping within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

If you are unhappy with your with your purchase you have up to (30) days to return even if the shoes are worn we will honor our 30 day money back guarantee. Refund exchanges do not receive free return shipping within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
  
All international customers must pay all shipping costs related to returning item(s) from their order for refund or exchange.
